You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes. You may not:

3. Accounts

When you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at godfellasuniverse@gmail.com.

4. VIP Membership

VIP memberships are available at $12.77/month (Founding Family Rate) for the first 1,000 subscribers. Members who join at this rate keep it permanently — it will never increase. After the first 1,000 subscribers, new memberships are billed at $19.77/month. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method. VIP benefits include:

• Access to exclusive VIP content in the Members Lounge
• 9% discount on premium products in the shop
• Early access to new comic issues and drops
• VIP badge on your account profile

You may cancel your VIP subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not issued for partial months.

5. Purchases & Payments

All purchases are final unless the item is defective or not as described. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We reserve the right to cancel any order that appears fraudulent or violates these terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including comics, characters, artwork, music, logos, and text — is owned by GODFELLAZ Universe and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

7. User-Generated Content

By submitting fan art or other content to the Site, you grant GODFELLAZ Universe a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and use that content on the Site and in promotional materials, while retaining your ownership rights.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

This Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Site will be error-free or uninterrupted.

9. Limitation of Liability

GODFELLAZ Universe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or any content or products purchased through it.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
