Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

International Orders

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes imposed by their country.

Digital Products

Digital comic downloads and VIP membership content are delivered instantly upon purchase. No shipping applies to digital items.

Returns Policy

Physical Products

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are:

• Defective or damaged upon arrival
• Significantly not as described
• Wrong item received

Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with original packaging. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Non-Returnable Items

• Digital downloads and digital comics
• VIP membership subscriptions (though you may cancel future billing)
• Items marked as "Final Sale"
• Opened posters or prints

How to Request a Return

Email us at godfellasuniverse@gmail.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will respond within 2–3 business days with instructions.

VIP Membership Cancellation

VIP memberships can be cancelled at any time from your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain VIP access until then. No refunds are issued for partial months.
